The Food Gift Challenge is an exciting event that celebrates local culinary traditions while promoting community engagement and sustainable practices. This challenge invites participants to create and share unique food gifts that reflect the rich gastronomic heritage of the region. And indeed Pine Tar & Liquerice are flavors, which finnish people are quite addicted to.

While salty liquerice (ammonium chloride) is indeed know for finnish specialty and found elsewhere in World too overwhelming, it is quite curious thing find out, what kind of receiving it gets in Sicily. For my own surprice it divide opinions/tastes quite much, but still quite favourably. Let's see, if people find out, how it works in different set ups: drinks, shots, desserts or in marinades.
